About

I have carried the number. Now I help you carry yours.

I have sat where the number is made. The floor. The GM’s office. The executive table. Stores, districts, a manufacturer. Teams from 6 people to more than 200. That is more than 20 years of general management and revenue leadership.

Most companies don’t have a sales problem. They have a system problem.

Reps give margin away. Comp pays the wrong sale. The CRM is a rumor. Parts and service never get asked for. Fix that and the team starts winning.

SalesStride is for companies that need a CRO and do not need the full-time hire. Same accountability. Part of the week.

At an industrial equipment manufacturer, revenue grew 77%, from $41MM in 2020 to $72.7MM, with parts revenue doubling. Jason joined in 2021 as equipment sales manager, became CRO, and led the sales organization through that growth.

Before the number

Air Force.

Before business, I served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman with a RED HORSE squadron (Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron). RED HORSE teams go in and build what the mission needs, fast, often with limited resources.

Clear mission. Plan the work. Hold the standard.

Credentials

The training.

  • Power BI Data Analyst. Microsoft.
  • Salesforce Administrator. Trailhead.
  • Exploratory data analysis. University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
  • Associate in Applied Science. College of DuPage, plus bachelor’s coursework in marketing.
  • US Air Force veteran.

How I work.

  • Numbers first. Data in. A scoreboard out.
  • Operator. I have run the P&L. Advice has to work Monday.
  • Built to hand off. The team should run without me.
  • Straight. If it is broken, I say so. If I cannot help, I say that too.
